Dealing with overwelm

There are many causes of overwhelm. In coaching, we often explore the root cause of overwhelm with our clients. Once we identify the root cause, we can work together to find solutions that help our clients move forward.

Some common causes of overwhelm include:

- Having too much on your plate

- Being a perfectionist

- Procrastination

- Lack of planning or organisation

- Poor time management skills

- Being a people pleaser
