A brief summary of the Transformative Six-Week Program on
Mental Resilience, stress management and burnout prevention
The program is meticulously tailored to guide you through the intricate world of mental resilience, stress management, and burnout prevention.
Our six consecutively weekly lessons (1,5h) will consist of teaching, applying the material and individual coaching.
Module 1: Uncover Your Story - Understanding the Problem
Begin your journey by delving deep into your personal narrative. This week is all about self-discovery, recognizing challenges, and understanding how they shape your current state.
Module 2: Become brain smart
We dive into to current scientific knowledge of how the brain works. You will gain a better understanding of the interactions of thought, feelings, actions, and results.
Module 3: Feelings are for Feeling - Stress and the Nervous System
You will learn more about current concepts of stress and the autonomic nervous system.
How to allow and process feelings.
Module 4 : Behavior
How to elicit behavior that will bring you closer to results you want in your life and explore the concepts of empowerment, controle and desired actions.
Module 5 : Results Show the Way
The current results in your life are the effects of your past thoughts, feelings and actions. By becoming more aware and deliberate of your thoughts, feelings, and actions, you can shape your future results.
Module 6: Stress and burnout prevention
In our final week, we bring all the elements together with advanced coaching techniques. Solidify your learning and prepare to continue your journey with newfound strength and wisdom.
In addition to this six weekly lessons, I offer each week a free additional one on one 30 minute coaching session in order to dive deeper into the subject, or to coach you on any subject of your choice.
