What can you bring?
In a coaching session, you can bring up topics related to self-improvement, relationships, work floor dynamics, burnout, communication skills, career goals, and family life, besides your specific burnout related challenges.
For example: how to have tough conversations, how to manage difficult relationships, communication in marriage, people skills, time management tips, and permanent weight-loss methods.
What does a coaching session look like?
A coaching session is an interaction between the coach and the client that is meant to help the client make progress towards their goals and work on their challenges. The coach will ask questions, listen to the client's responses, and give feedback in order to help the client gain clarity, make decisions, and take action.
Life coaching is not meant to replace psychotherapy, but can be used in addition to it. If you are functioning well and want to improve your quality of life, coaching may be able to help.
If you are unsure if coaching is right for you, please consult your physician.
